PLEASE TAKE NOTICE-
Because of liability exposure after consultation with our insurer MMA we need to restrict access to the sand salt shed. In the short term we will allow residents to access sand on a limited basis when a town official can be present. We will post a schedule as soon as possible for the public to access the sand. Until such time the public is prohibited from entering the sand salt shed building. It is an extreme hazard for the public to be in the area when trucks are entering and exiting. Please be considerate to this notice, we are trying to keep from having an accident and it is very difficult for those large pieces of equipment to see certain cars and people on foot in the area.
