Town of New Portland Notice of Public Hearing. Notice is hereby given that the Town of New Portland will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 15th, at 6:30pm at the Fire Station in the Community Room, 911 River Rd. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comments on proposed regotiations with Highland Plantation for fire coverage. All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing.
