To clear up some confusion on if and when there is a state shutdown.
In the event there is a state shutdown, the Town Office will remain open during our regular business hours and will process registrations as usual. As always, if you have any questions you can call the Town Office at (207)628-4441.

Household Hazardous Waste Day

There will be a Household Hazardous Waste Day on Friday, August 25th from 9:00am – 12:00pm. This will be held at the Kingfield/New Portland Transfer Station.

Town Office will be closed on Monday, May 29th in observance of Memorial Day. Enjoy your weekend and stay safe.

June 13 2017 Special Referendum Election Absentee Ballots

Absentee Ballots are available now for the June 13, 2017 State Election. I have attached the PDF regarding the referendum question that is on the ballot. You have until to June 8th to request an absentee ballot without a special cause.
