ANNUAL GIVING TREE at the Town Office

Starting November 17th we will be taking gifts until December 19th for our Annual Giving Tree here at the Town Office.  Stacie is making gift tags that will be hanging on the tree which have an item in need listed on it.  We have children from ages 3 to 16, and we also have adults who are in need.  The Fire Department will assist us on delivering the gifts before Christmas Day.  If you have any questions, you can call the Town Office or email Stacie at nwprtlnd@tds.net.  We look forward to making this years Giving Tree another success and hope you all have a wonderful Holiday Season.

Winter Saturday Hours December thru March

The town office will not be open on the first Saturday of the month during the following months:

December, January, February, and March.  We will resume Saturday office hours starting in April 2017.

Selectmen’s Meeting Monday November 21st at 6:30 p.m. at the Town Office for an Assessor’s work session

The Selectmen’s Meeting will be held at the Town Office at 6:30 p.m. so that the Assessor’s may have a work session.  Public is welcome to attend.

Just to let everyone know that I have just heard from other Town Clerks that they have residents coming in to their office saying they have received a phone call from someone saying that the Town Office has not received there Absentee Ballot back. I will not call you if you have not brought back your Absentee Ballot. I just thought that I would give you all a heads up regarding this matter. If you ever have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me.
