Time is Running Out to License Your Dog(s)

If you have not licensed your dog your time is running up. As of right now there are 106 dogs not licensed in the Town of New Portland. That number is the highest I have seen since I have been Town Clerk. Please do not forget you only have until January 31st at 5:00pm to license your dog without the late fee.
$6.00 for spayed / neutered
$11.00 for not spayed / neutered
$25.00 fine on top of the licensing fee if not licensed by January 31st at 5:00pm

The 2017 Giving Tree is Up!!!

Stacie and Kristen will be having their Annual Giving Tree at the Town Office. We will be taking gifts until Wednesday, December 20th. There are gift tags on the tree, which will have an item listed on it. We have children from the ages of 4 to 16 and we also have adults who are in need as well. The Fire Department will assist again this year with delivering gifts before Christmas Day. If you have any questions, you can call the Town Office or email Stacie. We look forward to making this year’s Giving Tree another success and hope you all have a wonderful holiday season

The West New Portland Church Annual Toy Sale

The West New Portland Church will be having there Annual Toy Sale on the following days and times:

November 18th from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm

REMINDER- NEW PORTLAND RECREATION COMMITTEE’S ANNUAL FALL FESTIVAL 10/21/2017 11 AM

Remember to come out to the New Portland Recreation Committee’s Annual Fall Festival on Saturday, 10-21-2017.  Events start at 11 am.  For those entering a pie in the pie contest, please have pies at the Community Room by 10 am.

2018 Dog Licensing Has Now Began! Come in to Register Your Dog(s) by December 31st

Just a heads up…….
The 2018 Dog Licensing has started today! Please don’t forget to license your dog so you do not have to pay a late fee. If you have never licensed your dog please come in to do so, so you do not have Animal Control come see you. It is $6.00 for spayed/neutered (please being proof in if you are doing a new license) and $11.00 for non spayed/neutered.
