Hello New Portlanders! Just a reminder that if you have not licensed your dog(s) you need to do so by Thursday, January 28th at 7:00pm ( typically January 31st but the 31st falls on a Sunday) to avoid the $25.00 per dog late fee. This late fee is a state law and I am not allowed to waive this fee. The $25.00 late fee is in addition to the $6.00 you would pay if your dog(s)is spayed or neutered or $11.00 if not spayed or neutered. Please be sure we have a record of the current rabies vaccinations or bring proof of rabies vaccination with you when you come in to the office. You can license your dog(s) during regular business hours, which are
Monday – Wednesday 11:00am – 5:00pm Thursday 2:00pm – 7:00pm and the 1st Saturday of every month (unless it is a holiday weekend.) Currently there are 50 people who have not licensed there dogs as of today. I do not like having to charge the $25.00 late fee anymore that you like having to pay it so please make sure you license your dog(s).
